Days 7-45: Technical fixes

Work the Action Plan (schema, credibility, platform presence). These land fastest and re-verify as you mark them done.

Days 45-90: Content

Briefs and optimizations against the gap list, Reddit replies on reply-ops. Content impact typically shows in this window.
