Using AirPulse from an AI agent

An agent in your browser can read AirPulse's pricing, compare it with a tool you know, find the right page, and open the audit or a booking with your details already filled in.

WebMCP is the browser standard that lets a page offer tools to an AI agent running in the same tab, instead of the agent reading the screen and guessing at buttons. Every page on airpulse.ai registers six tools on document.modelContext. On airpulse.ai they work in current Chrome without any flag; other browsers get the normal page.

What the agent can ask

"How much is AirPulse a month, and yearly?" calls get_pricing_plans and answers from the same plan facts the pricing page prints. "How are you different from Profound?" calls compare_with_competitor and returns what each tool is best for, published pricing, when to pick which, and the dated comparison page. "Do you do anything with Reddit?" calls find_pages and returns the feature, the doc and the research study with their links. These three read the page's own data and change nothing.

What the agent can start for you

"Run the free audit on acme.com, send it to [email protected]" calls initiate_geo_audit. The agent must have your website and work email, and may add your buyers' market and company. The audit page opens with every field filled in and you press the run button. The audit uses plan capacity and sends an email, so the click stays yours.

"Book me the strategy call" calls initiate_booking once the agent has your name, work email, phone and website. The booking page opens with the four fields filled in and the answer to "where did you hear about us" set to an AI assistant. You press the button and pick a time. The demo works the same way.

"Just have AirPulse call me" calls request_callback. The agent collects the same four details, reads them back to you, and only after you say yes does it send the request. The AirPulse team calls within one working day and runs your buyers' questions against your site before the call. This is the one tool that writes something on your behalf, and it is marked as consequential so a well-behaved agent asks first.

What the tools never do

They never submit the audit or a booking form for you, never enter payment details, and never invent an email or phone number: when a detail is missing the tool returns an error that tells the agent what to ask. If a form on the current page holds text you typed, the hand-off tools refuse to leave the page until the agent has asked you.

Terms on this screen

WebMCP
A browser API (document.modelContext) through which a page registers tools an in-page AI agent can call. Chrome ships it; airpulse.ai enables it for visitors through an origin trial.
Hand-off
A tool that opens a page with the fields filled in and returns requires_user_action. The visitor completes the step. Both AirPulse hand-offs work this way.
AirPulse MCP
A different thing: the MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients read your AirPulse workspace data. See /product/mcp.
